• Once we’ve found a match, we’ll arrange the viewing and follow up with a tenancy application.
• We’ll carry out eligibility checks, reference verification and prepare tenancy paperwork.
• On move-in day we’ll walk you through the property, deposit procedures and our service commitments.
• During your tenancy, if anything needs attention just raise a repair via Fixflo and the team will coordinate with any contractors.
Your responsibilities:
As a tenant you’ll be expected to:
• Pay your rent and agreed utilities on time.
• Keep the property clean, tidy and in good condition – reporting any damage or maintenance issues promptly.
• Allow access for pre-arranged inspections or maintenance visits (with proper notice).
• Abide by the tenancy agreement terms – e.g., no illegal activities, no sub-letting (unless agreed), no damage.
• Return the property at the end of tenancy in the condition agreed (fair wear and tear excepted).
