Fees & Compliance

Thank you for your enquiry today regarding our marketing packages for property rentals. Our fees are 10% of the monthly rent plus VAT for a fully managed service, with a £250 plus VAT initial administration fee.

If instructed on a fully managed lettings contract we will:

• Advertise the property on numerous websites including Zoopla & Rightmove.
• Credit check the tenant with a national credit checking agency.
• Prepare an inventory complete with photographic evidence.
• Prepare an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement.
• Check the tenants into the property.
• Change all services and council tax into the tenant/s name/s.
• Inspect the property every three months.
• Collect the rent and forward the balance to your account (minus our fees).
• Register the bond with the Deposit Protection Service.
• Deal with all maintenance issues on a case by case basis.

Our fee for a let only service is £550 plus VAT.

Additional charges for fully managed:

The preparation of a new Assured Shorthold Lease £120 plus VAT.

Additional charges for let only:

To carry out a property check-out and deal with the Bond through the Deposit Protection Service £120 plus VAT.
