Local to the area, Julie has over 20 years of experience in estate agency and 15 years working for James Winn, as part of our successful sales and lettings team. Julie deals with all aspects of the business from booking valuations and viewings, to negotiating offers and assisting with managing our lettings department.

Sam is born and bred in the heart of Northallerton, and covers both our Thirsk and Northallerton branches.

Sam brings a deep rooted understanding of the communities values to every appraisal and has a keen eye for detail.

Victoria is our office manager at the Northallerton Branch.
